Sherry Baby

What You Need

  • 2 ozAmontillado sherry
  • 0.75 ozChai syrup
  • 0.25cups Seasonal berries
  • 1 ozLemon juice
  • 2 ozQ Ginger Ale

Mix It Up

Build all ingredients except Q GINGER ALE in a shaking tin filled with ice. Shake until cold and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with Q GINGER ALE and garnish with berries and an orange slice. Enjoy a wintery Pimm’s Cup!

Chai syrup instructions: brew 1 cup strong chai tea and mix tea with 1 cup cane sugar to create syrup.
