Zesty Melon-ade Mule
What You Need
- 3 chunkswatermelon (1 inch or so)
- ¾ ozsimple syrup (see notes)
- 1 ozlime juice
- 2 oztequila
- 1½ ozQ Lemonade Ginger Beer
- Tajín (optional)
Mix It Up
Add watermelon and simple syrup to a shaker tin and muddle. Add the lime juice, tequila, and ice. Shake and strain into a Tajín-rimmed (optional) bucket glass filled with fresh ice, and top with Q Lemonade Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime wheel, and serve.
